Located in sunny San Rafael, my firm provides accounting services to businesses and individuals throughout the San Francisco Bay Area and beyond. Services include financial statement preparation, tax planning and preparation, compliance reporting and accounting systems implementation. James serves clients in many industries including, but not limited to, retail, construction, and personal services.

Services are available throughout the year and are just a phone call or email away. You will receive immediate attention to your issues so transactions can be planned to get the most favorable tax or accounting treatment. Beyond helping you comply with the tax laws and financial reporting requirements, I also help you understand the tax or accounting implications of transactions. My background includes over twenty years of CPA experience in a variety of positions including controller and vice president of several mid-size firms. I have operated as a sole practitioner or member in a CPA firm since 1991. These experiences required me to deal with and develop practical and cost effective solutions to many of the same issues and obstacles that most business owners face.
